• We are an HR consulting company - working nationally (Kimball Consulting UK) and internationally (with our colleagues in the 35+ countries of the ITAP International Alliance) across the range of HRM, HRD and OD.

• We've been in business since 1996.  That's a long time for an independent consulting company, and it demonstrates that we like what we do, we're good at it, and the clients who pay us like what we do for them

• And at least in part, what makes us effective consultants is that we have experience your side of the table.  In fact, for some of us, most of our careers have been within major national and international businesses, doing what you do, and experiencing all the pressures, politics and practical issues that you face.  So we talk your language (no comprende 'consultant speak' here)

• We've got a lot to offer - and we recognise that the only bits that are of value to you and your organisation are the bits that you need.  Most of the time, what we offer and what you need will be the same things - that's why you are here in the first place.  But if you need something we haven't got - we will be the first to tell you.  Perhaps even before you recognise it yourselves.  It’s called integrity.  We've got that too - and it comes free, every time you deal with us.
